Of course I was proven wrong, as I watched Elway for the first time in his career pull out the kind of last-minute comeback that he was to become famous for. And it wasn't cheap yardage or long gainers either - he had to work for every yard he got, with dinks and doinks here and there to various receivers, plus a few runs to keep the Browns off balance. History in the making as a young quarterback finally started hitting his Hall of Fame potential, the Drive was truly a thing of beauty, even though I was rooting for the Browns.
