Unfortunately by the time Chandler arrived in San Diego the team was starting to go over the hill, and never seriously threatened again in the playoffs after their 1981 season. I sometimes wonder if Chandler were playing instead of Jefferson in the 1980 championship game against the Raiders if he would have been able to get open more against the Raider defense and catch the balls that Jefferson dropped, possibly turning the game in the Chargers' favor?Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07086081761530021646noreply@blogger.com
